- How can you contact us?
You can phone, email, fax or write to us. Please see our contact information in the right-hand column.
- How will you know your order has been received if you order via our
website?
We will send an acknowledgement of your order to your email address. If you have any queries regarding your order, please click here to email us, or phone on the number shown above.
- How long will it take to deliver your goods?
We expect most items to be in stock and we try to ship them the same day if we can. To be on the safe side though, we say that delivery will be within 7 days. If for any reason we can't do this, then we'll contact you to see what you'd like us to do.
- How much do you pay for delivery?
The standard charge is £4.50 for delivery to the UK Mainland. Orders over £49.99 are delivered free. Please check with us via email or phone for delivery charges to other destinations.
- Why do you need to register?
Registering with us does two things:- It enables
you to use your credit/debit card to order online, speeding up your ordering
process at the same time.
- It enables us to send you details of special offers from time to time. You can opt out of the emails if you prefer not to receive them.
- How do you place an order?
You can order by adding one or more items to the shopping basket shown on the product's description page, then following
the instructions when you go to the checkout page. If ordering by email, phone, or post, then you need to provide us with the product's code, description
and the quantity you require. (Don't forget to give us your address and contact details!)
- How do you pay for your order?
You can pay using any of the major credit/debit cards at the checkout, or over the phone. If ordering by post, you can send a cheque or provide your card details. If you're unsure, call us on the phone
number above.
- How do you know your card details are secure?
All card payments are processed through SagePay, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country.
SagePay gives us the following assurance: "SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We adhere to the most
stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process."
We do not hold card details for orders placed online, and any card details we have for telephoned, posted or emailed orders are destroyed once your order has been processed.
- What if you change your mind?
That's not a problem. Within 28 days of purchase, we will take back any unused and unopened items in saleable condition,
with no quibble. All we ask is that you pay the postal charges for the
return of your unwanted goods, and that you contact us first so that we can look out for your returns. Refunds will normally be processed in 7 days.
